This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for order cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through Vetcertif.
Exchanges
We accept Exchanges. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact our customer support team via vetcertif.service@gmail.com with your order details.
The fastest way to complete the exchanges is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to request an order cancellation, please contact us at support@vetcertif.com as swiftly as possible.
Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Please note that, in certain cases, a cancellation request submitted after an order has entered processing may result in reasonable handling costs. Any such costs are strictly limited to actual operational expenses and are determined based on the order status at the time the cancellation request is received.
All cancellation requests are assessed according to the order’s processing status at the time of the request.
30-Day Return Period
Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Due to hygiene, safety, and resale considerations, only new, unused, and unopened products are eligible for return. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund, as they cannot be resold.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Product Quality Issues
If a return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage, or incorrect item, customers may be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement under the following conditions:
The issue must first be reported to our customer support team
Supporting photos or information may be requested for verification
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, return shipping costs will be reimbursed
Shipping cost reimbursement requires a valid shipping receipt or invoice
There is no reimbursement limit, provided the cost is reasonable and documented
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after inspection.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or additional costs.
